Download & Upload Documents in Transmission (POD, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Customs Forms, etc.) [how-to guide]

1. Find the desired Flex-ID you are looking for in Transmission and access the "shipment pop-out view" of the Flex-ID.

2. Once in the "shipment pop-out view", click on the 'Details' tab.

3. In the Details tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

4. At the bottom of the shipment pop-out view page you will see all of the available documents to download. 

          A. Titles of all available documents to view or download

          B. Download button to save/download specific document

          C. If you would like to upload a document click the "Upload New" button and attached the                 PDF
