If the mobile app ever goes down, please have your drivers follow the steps below:
1. Always try to close and reopen the app.
2. If the the app is not working, please have your drivers switch back to paper logs to keep track of their Hours of Service.
3. Driving time will continue to be logged separately through the truck's ELD. These will create Unassigned logs for driving time
- Fleet Managers can assign unassigned logs on the Unassigned Logs page.
- Drivers can claim unassigned logs through the alerts menu on their home screen.
4. When the app is back online, the drivers can transfer the information from the paper logs manually back into the app.
