Sometimes, when driving in remote locations or through tunnels, you may lose cell signal and temporarily disconnect from the app.
1) Transmission will continue to log your GPS driving and on duty data in the backend. As soon as you have signal again, the GPS data collected from the ELD will sync to your mobile device automatically.
2) Double check the logs that were generated on your mobile device during the signal failure. Adjust anything that does not look right.
- You may need to edit your logs to add 30-minute breaks that you missed
- Make sure to verify your logs once they are correct.
