Sometimes, when driving in remote locations or through tunnels, your driver may lose cell signal and temporarily disconnect from the Drive app.
1) When this happens, know that the ELD will continue to log GPS data even though it cannot communicate with a driver's mobile device. As soon as your driver has regained signal, the GPS data from the ELD will sync to their mobile device automatically.
2) Please have your driver double check the logs that were generated on your mobile device during the signal failure and adjust anything that doesn't look right.
