When drivers forget to connect to a vehicle at the start of their shift, their trucks will still create logs for driving time which are unassigned to any driver. If your driver requires 14 days of accurate logs, you may need to reassign logs to them through the app.
1. Click Fleet > Driver hours in the top navigation bar.
2. Click Unassigned Logs in the top right corner.
3. You will come to the Unassigned Logs page. Choose the date range of unassigned logs you'd like to see.
