Confirmation of empty return event

⏰ SLA Time frame to update Transmission: Drop: Within 48 hours of notification, Live: within 48 hours of unload ⏰

1. To start, use the "next action" filters to filter your queue for all shipments with "empty return" milestones needed (if there is a specific Flex-ID or Container# you would like to update, you can search for the Flex-ID or Container# and perform the same steps to make the empty return update). 

2. For the Flex-ID or Container# you wish to make an update for, click the "Next Action" button on the far right side of the screen to input the "Empty Return" confirmation. Select the date it was returned and click "Confirm Returned".
