⏰ SLA Time frame to update Transmission: Within 24 hours of receiving ⏰

Accept a DO in Transmission:

1. Navigate to the "Request" tab by click on the "Loads" drop down in the top left of the page and select "Requests".

2. In the Request tab, click on the Flex-ID you would like to accept out of the "Requests" queue on the far left side. Once you have clicked on the Flex-ID you would like to accept, click the "Confirm" button on the far right to accept the DO.

If you would like to review shipment information, after clicking on the Flex-ID, scroll up and down to review route insights, container information, projected dates, and access documents.

Reject a DO in Transmission:

1. Navigate to the "Request" tab by click on the "Loads" drop down in the top left of the page and select "Requests".

2. In the Request tab, click on the Flex-ID you would like to accept out of the "Requests" queue on the far left side. Once you have clicked on the Flex-ID you would like to reject, click the "Decline" button on the far right to reject the DO.

The system will require a free text response as to why the DO is being rejected. Please type in the reason (i.e. no capacity, do not serve this lane, etc.).
