⏰ SLA Time frame to update Transmission: Any date exceeding 24+ hours must have an exception reported every 24 hours ⏰
To ensure that no milestone events are aging past the 24 hour SLA mark. Utilize the "Outstanding Urgency" filter in Transmission to stay on top of late dates.
1. In the Active Loads page, navigate your mouse cursor to the filters located at the top left side of the page.
2. To filter by LFD, click on the "Last free day" filter and select the criteria you would like to filter by.
- ⭐️ It is a Flexport requirement that any shipment not scheduled that has an LFD within 2 days of the current date MUST be updated immediately.
3. To filter by urgency (i.e. any shipment that is late and does not have an accurate milestone event) click on the "Urgency" filter, and select "outstanding only". This will show you all late/missing milestone events for both pickup & delivery milestones.
⭐️You can also see this in the platform interface by any dates that are RED.
⭐️ If you would like to filter urgency by only pickup or only delivery events you can do so by combining filters:

- Urgency filter: "outstanding only" + Next Action filter: "schedule pickup" = shipments that are missing scheduled pickup milestones
- Urgency filter: "outstanding only" + Next Action filter: "confirm pickup" = shipments that are missing confirmation of pickup milestones
- Urgency filter: "outstanding only" + Next Action filter: "schedule delivery" = shipments that are missing scheduled delivery milestones
- Urgency filter: "outstanding only" + Next Action filter: "confirm delivery" = shipments that are missing confirmation of delivery milestones
